The COPS can't do anything for your car at first, since it died while you were time traveling in the last episode. Until you get the car's soul back from Hell, you won't be able to drive it at all. Once you do however, it's possessed and the COPS won't go near it. Luckily you can still play their newest driving game and win decals.
